1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we get to work right away. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
2. Shipping Times
We proudly ship our products to customers globally. After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow your package's journey in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your code.
4. Import Duties and Taxes
As our products are shipped from international warehouses, your package may be subject to customs inspection.

Customs Fees: In rare cases (less than 1% of shipments), the local customs authorities may charge a small amount in import duties or taxes.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new replacement package free of charge before applying our refund policy.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will provide a one-time free replacement.
6. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is delivered to your door or a local post office and is not accepted or collected by the customer, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In these cases, Orthostrap reserves the right to deduct 100% of the order value from any potential refund.
