Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

  • Day: calendar day.

  • Duration transaction: a distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.

  • Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction.

  • Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to waive the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.

  • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

  • Distance agreement: an agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. Images are a true representation; however, the entrepreneur cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the real colors.

  • Prices and Taxes: Prices exclude customs clearance costs and import VAT/duties. These additional costs are for the account and risk of the customer. The courier service will collect these fees upon delivery in the destination country.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the set conditions. The entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  • Upon purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This period starts the day after receipt of the product.

  • During this period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep it.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the products are for the consumer's account. The entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion is possible for products that are:

  1. Made to consumer specifications (customized).

  2. Clearly personal in nature.

  3. Hygienic products where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Article 9 – Pricing

Prices will not be increased during the period stated in the offer, except for changes due to VAT rate adjustments. All prices are subject to printing and typing errors.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products meet the agreement and reasonable requirements of reliability. The entrepreneur’s warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. The entrepreneur is not responsible for the ultimate suitability of the products for individual applications by the consumer.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

The company will execute accepted orders with speed, but at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon. The risk of damage or loss remains with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Article 12 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 working days after the start of the cooling-off period.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to the entrepreneur within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.

Article 14 – Disputes

Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
